Can someone help me with the values of these 1964 half dollars?

Those are proof coins. They are worth between their silver value (currently ~$6.25) and maybe $10-$11 each, depending on condition, etc...

I was told by someone that they might be the high accent hair Kennedys. What do you think?

 

I am not familiar enough with the variety to say one way or the other.

Very nice coins, The accented hair should show up when you tilt the coins in a light shining from the 9 o'clock position. kinda looks like a "W".
Redbook list the 1964 acc hair at $45.00 in PF-65.
