Strange ear on 2016 d penny

    Not sure what is going on here and unfortunately the camera I have kind of sucks see it's easier to see by eye almost than with the camera but I took alot of pics to compensate lol. Can anyone tell me what's going on with this? One or two of the pictures almost make it look like there's a demon coming out of the side of his head haha.

    A 2016 Cent is Copper Plate Zinc.. I'm thinking some kind of plating issue.
