    Nice coins... I looked through the other UK coins as well.

    Thalia Elizabeth has a few of the "crowns" as well, especially if they have to do with Elizabeth II.

    You have a nice little set ! I've bought a cople of them, but stopped recently (too much concentration on the german side of my collection !)

    Actually according the British Mint website they officially put into law that a "Crown" is now worth 5 pounds sterling. So feel free to call them that.

    I just came across this information about 3 weeks ago. Sorry I don't have the link.:eating:

    Yep I know if you look at the coins they actualy have that written on them but I was brought up with Crowns and much prefer that name for them LOL

    This is a mystery to me as well I know full well that I have one or two of the ugly little perishers but can I find them!! I might have to invest in another LOL
