May 2018 Coin Club Coin Show Announced

    The Shelby County Coin Club (West Central Ohio) will host it's annual coin show Sunday, May 20, 2018 at the Sidney, Ohio, VFW Post 4239.

    Free Admission - Free Parking

    Raffle Tickets are available from members for $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00
    1ST Prize- 1/10 oz Gold Eagle
    2ND Prize- 1 oz Proof Silver Eagle
    3RD Prize- US Proof Set
    4TH Prize- US Mint Set
    5TH Prize- 1 oz UNC Silver Eagle

    The Public is invited: Located at I-75 and Wapakoneta Ave (County Rd 25A), Sidney, Ohio. Mark Your Calendar and come out and support a 60 year old local Coin Club!

    Will Leroy VanAllen be there? I believe he lives in Sidney, OH, I'd drive from Iowa to see him!:happy:

    Yup, if a Sidney, Ohio area coin show ever has trouble drawing visitors, we're all sunk.

    Hmm, I'm sitting here cogitating whether such a thing as "too long a drive" exists for me. SO far, since I no longer drive daily, my list consists of, domestically of course, ... Hawaii.

    You are what 5 or 6 hours away? The soybean, wheat, and corn fields would be worth the drive.;) The Air Force museum is 30 minutes away, and the Neil Armstrong Space museum is only 15 miles from Sidney.
