    Russian copper, 1862 makes sense. Dimensions would help determine denomination.

    I believe you have the coin images upside down. Look at your lower one and change it and compare to this one:

    Obviously not exactly the same, but I believe it is the double imperial eagle on your coin. Different countries used this image.

    It's 100% Russian. Google 1862 2, 3 or 5 kopek

    https://en.numista.com/catalogue/index.php go to the advanced search. Type in copper for metal, put in the diameter in CM, feel free to weigh it if you want, but otherwise, that should narrow it down pretty well. Try 1862 for fun, I think I see it too.

    Russian kopek of 1, 2 or 5 depending on size.

    It's the size of a U.S. Coronet Head Large Cent
