    And on that site USA Coins Book they have a place to list the certification company like PCGS, NCG, ANACS, the serial number, etc. This has no certification from anyone even those things like IGC, etc. It is his evaluation.
    The postage is a kicker 80 cents for a 27k coin and 181 dollars for a 6 k coin?
