Howdy everyone.... With the addition of the 1875 "WoodChopper" PCGS 64 yesterday, I found this little jewel begging for a new home. This is one of the last 5 notes I need to complete the 4th Issue of Fractionals. What a beautiful note this is and I have waited many months to find the right one!! This one is PGM 64 EPQ So please give me your thoughts....I cropped the image to save on size limits... I suppose between the two notes yesterday and tody, you can say I am tapped out ($$$)for the moment!! LOL Regards to all, RickieB
I like those fractionals. Mine isn't worth anything, but I have a 1 cent note from Japan. It'd be funny to put one of those along side one of those hyperinflationary notes from Germany. 1 cent to 30 million marks.
a sweet looking note RickieB ... i dont know what u mean by tapped out ... I thought u had an unlimited budget? at least it seems like it by the notes you show us
DaggerJohn... Unlimited??? Ughhhh, Mr. Gates does not live here thats for sure!! Hey, the 4th and 5th Issues fractionals (22 notes in all) I am only 5 notes away from completion and nothing under a CHCU63 and nothing over a CHCU66.....what a beautiful 2 Issue set this is turing out to be!! Thanks for taking a peek...stay tuned for more additions after I work a 3 rd and 4th job these next few months..LOL Regards, RickieB
Great fractional. I don't see any around here so I really appreciate you sharing them. I've come to learn much about them from your posts.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edwin_M._Stanton What an interesting man! There are numerous books on him as well as movies portraying his role in winning the Civil War to the charges of plotting Lincoln's Death! Check it out! Lawyer, Sec of War for Abraham Lincoln, US Supreme Court Justice (took oath but died 4 days later holding shortest seat in history)this man was a machine! RickieB
Howdy Darryl... I am currently working on a website to list and show the collection. It is a project to say the least! Cant wait to get it up and running...well over 120 notes now... Thanks for taking a looksie.. RickieB
I'm glad you are going to put it up to show! It will be a nice way to visit those beautiful notes! That's cool that you got a part of a great collection!!! Please let me know when you have that site up. Darryl
