    l brought to friend to clean under microscope, because lemon juice and vinegar didt help at all! some black thing stuck like cement on coin..

    bing, maybe you are right, but portrait look young on coin when you have coin in hand..

    Yeah, looks like it is probably Philip II,
    A Philip I would usually have a beard..

    I assumed it was Philip I because of the AVGG in the reverse inscription. But I just checked RIC, and there is an AEQVITAS AVGG from Antioch in the name of Philip II, so you are probably correct in your original attribution. I stand infected.

    It's the reverse legend with AVGG that threw me off. Still, I'm not certain which Phillip it's from, but I will give in to the majority.
