Bought a small group of Parium, Mysia Provincials at the FUN show. They all had either the Capricorn or wolf/twins reverse. Most were no problem to identify but I can't figure out this Capricorn type.

The obverse is worn but there should be enough legend to identify. The legend GIH below the Capricorn is also a bit odd, normally there is more lettering (CGIHP is common). Any help would be welcome.
