    Probably this, or some variant

MOESIA INFERIOR, Nikopolis ad Istrum. Elagabalus
Obv: laureate, draped, cuirassed bust right
    Rev: crescent and three stars
    Wildwinds has some examples.

I agree with Cyrrhus-- Geta or Elagabalus. The portrait looks like Elagabalus but provincial portraits are hit or miss. I think there is a Γ on the obverse, and there is enough legible legend on the reverse to confirm Nikopolis... I think :D

Edited again: I really don't know which emperor it is, Geta or Elagbalus, and I'm only somewhat confident of the city. I'll shut up now :D

Edited again: or maybe I'll keep trying, lol. I think what I saw as a gamma is a T (obverse), so back to Elagabalus, issued in Nikopolis. Final answer, Regis :D
