I need help on this back side there a mark on left side on. The tall there's no mint mark on it and below Washington under the head there little letters jf did I find some thing good thanks for your time
Mint marks from 1968 were moved to the obverse and Philadelphia did not use a mintmark on nickels-half dollars until 1980. The JF on the edge of the bust are the designers initials - John Flanagan, and are found on all Washington quarters. Sorry, but nothing special. Hope this helps
