I think I see ... INOCAV ... from the 1:00 to the 4:00 position on the obverse. This would be consistent with Elagabalus, whose inscription would read something on the order of Μ ΑVΡ ΑΝΤΩΝΙΝΟC ΑVΓ. Here's a similar one of Elagabalus' cousin, Severus Alexander: Severus Alexander, AD 222-235 Bithynia, Nicaea 4.57 gm; 21.5 mm Obv: Μ ΑVΡ CΕV ΑΛΕΞΑΝΔΡΟC ΑV, radiate and draped bust, r., seen from behind.
