AV Dukat fron Uri

    A rarely seen coin. Swiss Cantons struck some of the most magnificent coins. Esp. the "show Talers/30/20/10 Dukats" from Basel.
    AV Dukat 1736 from Uri/ Swiss Canton

    The bull design looks quite modern. Never would have guessed 1736. Cool coin!

    Hehe, that bull has been the core element of the CoA of Uri since 1250 or so. Very nice ducat!
