I was in a task force that would go undercover to catch the PPs. The biggest day for them was the night they blew up the balloons for the Macy Parade. (everyone looking up) They always worked in teams so the guy that did the PP would pass it off and so the person you are accusing acts innocent. When I go back to show I'll be with my Law enforcement friends and will be on the lookout if they are there we will get them
There ARE guys who use major shows more to buy than to sell, but they tend to have two attributes. 1) They tend to deal in higher end material, and 2) They tend to pack up early. This is why I always tell "general public" attendees not to obsess on who has left the floor early on the last day. "They weren't here for you anyway."
That is true. The guys who you basically have to give your car to for a coin. If you see a table with out a lot of coins they either had a very good show or most people need to be prepared to just be able to browse and not buy
Well... for the car I drive the most, that's a WHOLE BUNCH of coins, know what I mean? I'm a kinda "downscale driver". My son has more than once noted on the way back from a show, "This coin is worth more than this car!"
