    At first glance, looks like a goiter - otherwise, just some harsh damage - see below for another example :dead:

    It's just post mint damage. Given the date, spend it. Hopefully you'll get $.25 for it.

    And since "semi" means "half", just imagine if it had been run over by the whole thing! ;)

    That causes the bumps on the coin. It shows up better on the back side. What could damage a coin and cause bubbles on the front and back?
