    Just won this one from Great Collections Auction.
    AV 5 Scudi 1964 Valetta Mint PROOF-67
    Grand Master Fr. Angelo De Mojana
    obv. Bust of Grand Master / gotta love that title:)

    As for the mint location, since the order (SMOM) is based in Rome, wouldn't that be where the mint is too? See here ...

    After a little research....yes in 1961 the coins were minted in Rome/ in 1962 in Arezzo/ 1963 Paris. Starting in 1964, the Order made an agreement with the Central Bank of Malta to produce the coins there. So, Valetta seems to be the mint City. I looked at Krause, they have no mint listed.
