Panama was a beautiful country (I visited there a couple years ago.) The people were generally extremely friendly, prices were very reasonable, the Panama Canal was really cool, the ceviche was one of the three best foods I've ever eaten anywhere... ...and I didn't suffer from a complete intestinal shutdown until the very last day (Note: I'm 95% sure which restaurant it was from, and I only got very sick after we ate there a second time. Tasted great going down, though...)
