    I can see the zinc/steel showing through on the high points of the coin.

    Yeah I tried the magnet on it. Sticks like glue. LOL. But I had to show it. I was leery as soon as I saw it and he was selling it. I E ded up with some nice coins though and a few steelies. I have one I'm going to post. I'm not sure what it is. I think it's off set.. But then it Lso looks like a strike error.I think they call it braod stroke?? Is than correct?

    A nyway I got the whole wheat cent series. From 1909 VDB to ,1958.

    Some damaged coins kind of look like certain Mint Errors. You just need the experience to know the difference. I have been collecting Mint Errors for almost 32 years now.

    So what! If you happened to find a 1964 Chevy with a dent on the trunk, would it be the same as a 1964 Ford with a dent on the trunk?
