Welcome to CoinTalk! In my opinion, the coin has too many hits and scratches to be graded. Others might state differently when they reply.

If you're thinking Full Steps, think again. The steps have an interruption that crosses them all between pillars 3 and 4.

I'm curious to know why you thought it might be worthy of grading. It wouldn't have something to do with the fact that the coin is more than twice as old as you, and you can still read everything, would it?

What makes a coin worth grading in the first place? You have to decide that for yourself. For me, a coin has to become more valuable than the cost of the grading itself. So for example, if it costs $30 to grade a coin, getting it graded needs to ADD at least $30 to the value of the coin, or it's not worth it.
