My birthday IS on Christmas Day. And so is my great-niece's. Only 70 years difference (76 and 6). My mother used to look at me during Xmas time and say, "You made me miss a Xmas dinner!"
That may be, but if you were quick to reply, you might have said to your Mom something like, "You may have missed a Christmas dinner, but think of all the money you saved by not having to buy presents for two days instead of one." Chris
