I found this website which shows about 1600 silver imitations of Roman coins (almost all Antoninus Pius-Commodus) found in various parts of the Ukraine + Moldova. + It has a lot of good information if you translate it. http://barbarous-imitations.narod.ru/ 2 Imitations, Antoninus Pius + Maximian, Both struck from the same reverse die. + I found a reverse die match to my Commodus imitation denarius from a chart with about 60 die linked plated imitations.
Your top 10 is a super group, I love all of them. I'm pleased as punch to see that the Vabalathus is included! I would like to check out this website, but my browser is telling me it's "high risk" and infected with some virus or other! So I'm too nervous to do it. I wonder if either side of my A. Pi is listed there: Pretty amazing to see the same reverse die on both an A. Pi imitation and a Maximian imitation!!
Here are the Imperial Denarii I got this year too... a few should probably be on the top 10.. but I am probably going to sell some of these..
The tet is awesome and the I love the big green sexy sestertius...but ISUUSISISIUSIUSIUISUISSSUSUSUSISIUISUSIUSISU WINS 2017!!
