The same applies for both coins.

PS. I'd like to add that if the seller is not an idiot, then he is a crook.

You would think the 1969 S would be worth more than the 1967... It's more sought after!
:greedy: these are really sad listings

Those prices are great. I'm surprised they haven't sold yet.

The 1969 S might be a double dyed :hilarious:

Etsy needs to be informed that this is inappropriate.

If he has 8 coins worth over 21 grand, I have coffee cans worth billions. Don't tell my wife.

Etsy, Listia and Webstore all have more than their fair share of total amateurs, with poor photos, erroneous info and all sorts of people who can't even spell correctly. They are not monitored correctly by any standard and Listia does not even follow it's own posted rules a lot of the time. And wasn't Etsy originally intended to be a crafts store? Best to stay away from these types of mixed up sites and not be conned. I recently had to correct someone about their posting of a coin from the Crusades time period. They had it in the 16th century. I corrected them maturely and they posted back gratefully. But not knowing your history can lead to some very misleading when buying something. The people who own these sites should have mods with more info so these types of listings get removed more quickly. Wishful thinking I suppose. Caveat Emptor.

I saw one site on Etsy some time back that had coins from the 1830s and 1840s and called them Civil War Era coins.

That would make 1960 and 1970 coins WWII era coins.

Actually would make them Iraq war era coins, but who can keep track?

This is one of the worst rated on-line sellers--the reviews are unreal (bad) from sellers and buyers
