Maps are good. I feel like I may have posted this one before, but if so, it's been awhile. An old/early aviation medal.

Medallion struck from the salvage of the old Mauretania (sister ship to the Lusitania) to celebrate the launch of the new one.

Belated response: I sure would love to see your collection in person. That one is amazing. What are the approximate dimensions?

@lordmarcovan About 3 inches on the longest side off the top of my head. I'd have to rummage around a bit to get an exact measurement. Not so big considering all the detail!

It must be time for a new theme:

    Costa Rica, 1948 50 centimos:

    1948_CR_Costa_Rica_50centimos_1b_DPP_2017_03_25__0010_1.jpg 1948_CR_Costa_Rica_50centimos_1a_DPP_2017_03_25__0008_1.jpg

Based on this coin, it could be:

    - the sun

    - stars

    - volcanoes (or mountains)

    - the sea (or water)

    - leaves and plants (wreaths)

    - shields / coats of arms (heraldry, etc.)

    - ribbons and bows

Here's another US coin with a feathered headdress.

Rough, yes, but the only "threeagle" I've ever owned.

These are good to have any way you can get 'em. And I got this one for 160 bucks, which I don't think you could do nowadays.

Tried to find a picture of a $10 Indian I used to own but couldn't find it, so maybe @asheland will post his eerily identical newp.
