    I found it in a collection of coins my father left me .. i dont have a weight ,but since you have mentioned it i will get one

    Better pictures would help, but surface appears grainy and mushy which are tell tale signs of a cast fake.

    Vintage cast novelty, most likely was part of a set of other replicas of early US coins.

    The shot from the edge appears to show a seam where the coin was cast in a mold with melted metal. Authentic coins are struck and the edges should be smooth.

    Definitely a souvenir type replica. The grainy mushy surfaces are a dead giveaway, and a genuine coin of this type would be paper thin.
