Help Identify this coin

It looks like an older coin maybe medieval. on one side it has 6 spears or arrows tieded in the middle with a bow. the reverse side has a coat of arm with the top left and bottom right sides has crowns and lions and the other panels has vertical lines in these panels. the writing around the edge is difficult reading, but the coat of arm side reads fernandus et ew sabe bg. the arrows side reads regina casi legio A S G Pezet/
