    I think its just you. I merely remain totally in awe that anyone could have so many museum quality coins. Sure hope he has a good safe.

    Sick coin, I hope to find the 1748 pistole mecklenburg in such condition.
    Hope I don't have to cough up 20,000€ for it thou...

    In FDC that 1748 5 Taler (Pistole) would easily fetch 20K:( Sadly we are living in a new world, prices are going thru the roof, esp. with high quality collector coins. The guys on the bullion site (making $ with buying precious metal coins) would be far better buying , highend/ quality numismatic coinage. They would have two advantages (a) make more on their investment (b) actually enjoy looking at their beautifull coins:happy:
