Small roman bronze coin ID

    Its 18mm and 2.87grams
    I tried to identify it unsucessfully.
    Help appreciated.

    Your coin is a Marcus Aurelius struck when he was young or least did not have a full beard. My coin below is a different coin altogether, but a similar portrait.
