    Looks to be MD - Mechanical Doubling on LIBERTY and I can't really tell on the Mint Mark but maybe a small Die Chip.

    It does have more of a flat appearance..not shelfed..so probably worth 1 cent eh...

    FYI......A descriptive that is commonly used for machine doubling (also known as mechanical or strike doubling) is "flat and shelf-like".

    Strike-doubling manifests like that from side-to-side on LIBERTY. Note one image is shallower than the other, too, which is another "tell" that wasn't from the die. That coin took a hop when it was struck.
