Sequential 2$ silver certificates

  1. I am wondering if these sequential SN notes are worth more as a pair? And maybe an idea of grade or value of the notes?

Yes. Grading is harder because photos don't always show but those look solid XF from here, at least. Value - you should get a grand for this pair, easy.

    Super nice Deuces.

I don’t know if being consecutive adds any value, because most collectors usually only need one for a type set. They look AU and would be candidates for third party grading.

Appreciate your excitement and enthusiasm. And like everyone these notes are
    drool worthy.
But you don't have to make 6 threads about the exact same thing.

  8. Where does the Fr. number come from? What are some of the things that make a note rare besides a SN?

Of the two, 269 is the better. Look at the mid of 270 Obv Rev and you see the difference. Still nice for a pair.
