Your upgrade coin must be extremely gorgeous, for you to give up this one.
    Btw...It's a small world it seems. :)

It was never an upgrade. I had this one first. I saw it though, and it was very reasonably priced, so I snatched it up. When someone else offered a good price, I decided to let it go to free up money for other coins :) 1929-Quarter-Eagle-NGC-MS62-Small.jpg

I'll guess $325.00 on the Silver Eagle.

$825.00 on the Gold Indian Quarter Eagle.

Yes, it is in an old ANACS holder, as shown in OP pic #3.

I know. What I meant is not as big of premium due to the slab

Well, am I going to post the answer, or whistle Dixie???

Before I post results, I would like to take a moment to mention that there is another game thread that has to do with discount for details coins, which is open to all. (Just saying) :)

    Anyway, the results...

The Silver Eagle sold for: $479.95

The gold Indian sold for: $1256.50

No time to see who won these at this time, so...
    Congrats to the winners.

I believe @heavycam.monstervam was closest on the gold with a 1k guess.

And I said $500 on the Eagle.

    Can someone double check?

Also @jwitten is $1,256.50 crazy for the gold Indian or are you not surprised?

Hold up! I do not believe that was the sale price. The owner told me he sold it for $750. I believe $1,256 was the asking price, and he accepted a best offer. Isn't there a way to check the actual sale price on some site?
