Grade this Kennedy Half NO FG

I found this no FG half just yesterday. Looking forward to hearing what people will grade this. Extra photos are included to show close up of FG area and to show marks better. There is a definite problem area on the eagle shield top and also on the obverse there is a long probable thin (not deep) scratch.

Will it grade or will it be bagged as not gradable?

What are you trying to say Ricky? AU-53?

Personally, I'm thinking that the scratch across Kennedy's face might be grad limiting. Otherwise, I'd go along with AU-53.

Given the value of these coins, PCGS can be incredibly tough.

 

I'm thinking XF-ish, but I'm tough on things........

 

AU, polished and scratched.

 

Not so much polished, but maybe overdipped? Then again, these pics could be 'scans'.
