Ok not sure how the hell this works but clearly just looking for an honest opinion about the double face !
It's not a mint error, so it's not worth any premium. It's difficult to tell people anything unless they ask a question.
This date and mint mark would have to be in superior condition to be worth anything. I have read that most 1983's are not well struck. This is worth .25 cents.
'Cmon...we gotta have some fun. Honestly, if you had posted the picture and asked about the "double face", you would have gotten more serious answers. As a matter of fact, I do see a "double face". Can anyone explain it?

Even if there was a slight shadow double coming off the face, nothing else is doubled. If this coin were in better condition, and the double face still existed, it would be more interesting. Anything can happen with a road rashed coin. Please show the reverse as well. (Always show both sides, and sometimes the edge if it is needed.)
