    This is a well worn (elementally) AE4 of the 'VOT' type but I cannot work out the obverse legend (in full) or who it is.
    I believe that the obverse may be pearl diademed draped and cuirassed bust, Right.
    Legend IMP ?????????IVS AVG
    I think that the obverse is VOT, X, MVLT, XX, in a wreath, four lines.

    Can anyone help me please?

    @David@PCC Thank-you, David.
    I did, (as you suggested in an earlier post), look the reverse up in Tesorillo, and then I was left with four to choose from, but when none of the legends (shown) started with IMP, I was 'stumped'.

    IMP refers to Imperator. There is a lot of pitting but the inscription probably is DN ----- a little hard to make out.
    A different votive but here is mine.

    Thank you, David. 'VALENTINIAN' it is then. Your 'guess' was right.
    That 'IMP' I saw was what put me off.
    (Perhaps I should give up coins until I get my eyes done.)
    I really do appreciate your help.
    Thank-you, again.
    (Note: I don't buy coins of this standard anymore, but I have been sorting through some of my old 'stuff' these holidays.)

    Interesting. Thank-you.
    When I looked it up I found a reference to the 'title' of Imperator being a more Military, than Political one. but your reference is more useful.
