Blotch or flash?

    I cant decide if the red blotch is the flash from the camera or some sort of rust/tone/tarnish. What do you think?

    Doesn't look like a flash reflection to me, and if the coin is a genuine Peace Dollar, it can't be rust.

    It's light relfecting off the mylar of the 2x2. Not a flash, just the light.

    I think it is a reflection from something. It does not look like he used flash to me and it does not look to be on the coin.
