Argentina - 500,000 Mil Pesos

    Argentina 500,000 Pesos
    Just wanted to share -

    Mil means 1,000. (quinientos=500)
    500,000 mil pesos would be 500 million.
    I like the note.

    500 000 mil = 500 000 x 1000 = 500 000 000 ;)

    Argentina is one of those Countries that when they introduce a new Bill, the old one becomes obsolete (or something to that nature. I'm sure I butchered that.) I just asked the Argentine sitting next to me and he said that bill is no longer used. They have some pretty awesome old coinage AND paper money. I really like the dos centavos! Great find Paddy!
