I know we've disagreed about this in the past, but no coin with planchet roughness on the jaw should get 67. I can't grade this any higher than 66 - even though the rest of the coin is superb.

It isn't my rule, the TPG's simply don't penalize for it. Even with date like the 41-D where there are numerous examples without planchet roughness, they still don't penalize for it. To be fair, the planchet roughness on this coin is extremely light compared to most Jefferson Nickels. I think the minor spotting in left obverse field and Jeff's nose might concern them more. But even that isn't visible without magnification.
Im not an expert on the series but unfortunately dont think its worth too much. Maybe 10 cents in this condition?
You have an XF 1939 Jefferson Nickel and it is worth about 25 cents. You should really start your own thread for questions like that though.
