Yep, I would be interested to know how my copper round post destroyed coin collecting also. Man, I have some power. LOL.
I must confess. I did buy one once, as I was ordering some ASEs and needed just a dollar or so more to get FREE shipping.
As some one who doesn't collect coins, only modern era tokens, medals, copper and tin rounds. here is a couple of sites that may interest some. http://coppercave.com/copper/index.php For copper bullets and other https://store.nwtmint.com/
Gregg. LOL. I was just joking with you also. Anyway, I am planning on just putting my copper rounds in cheap coin flips, unless someone can point me in the right direction for capsules at a good price. Hate to pay more for that than the coin. Probably the flips will be the way to go. Mike
Have you checked out JP's Corner? They really aren't as expensive as you might think. http://www.jpscorner.com/airtite-direct-fit-coin-holders.html Chris
Your correct. #4 is by far my best reason. See, I told ya. Old and senile. I sure was board the night I started this.
I admit that I got a complete before, and after, copper Zombucks set. And I must say, they look great. (while they're red anyway)
Here are some that vendors were trying to hump as the money to use after the fall of the civilized world. At the gun shows, Other than a couple people that collected them for the art work or subject matter. They would be there one or two shows than not come back unless they had other items to sell. they never seemed to be able to answer any questions I asked related to the after times. Like who is going to set the stqandard values for the coins, they did have coins in fraction sizes also so you would need to carry a hammer and chisel with you!
