Also looks doubled i know its not but it looks that way lol

 

After mid 1982, all Cents were Copper Plated. They don't have a Clad layer.

Clad coins are Dimes, Quarters, Halves which show a Copper core around the edge.

 

So environment damage theres no copper coating its weird looking

 

Look at the date split serifs or wéek die

 

Yes to Environmental Damage but no to missing Copper Plating.. Just a color change on the Copper

So in other words it's not doubled it's just messed up in the die I'm just a little confused I'm sorry

 

It's like comparing a new car on the showroom floor (Early Die State) to a used car with 150,000 miles on it (Late Die State).
