RPM NICKEL?

not mine but someone wanted to know if this was an rpm. It kinda looked like it to me but I didn’t see any variety vista listings on it. He doesn’t have a magnifyer

It sure looks like it. I didn't see a listing in other sites either.

 

Without a better close-up, it's hard for me to say one way or another.

I got an enlargement. It's out of focus, but I think I see it, too.
