    It reads from right to left "Made in the USA". JK, I have no idea, but that's a cool old oil lamp.

    I don't know if it will work, but have you tried to "Cut & Paste", putting it in a Chinese-to-English program?

    It's seal script - not something you can just copy and paste. I don't know how you can look that up easily.
