Looks like it was a great year @Collect89! I need to keep an eye out for one of the Tragilos types.

Really stunning group of coins. Don't spend them all in one place!

Sorry I haven't been around - I haven't had a lot of time as of late. These some are some of the most amazing coins on could own on a common man's budget and many of them are a gem to own on any budget. It would be hard to pick a favorite. The Demetrios coin is one I have never own but have always wanted. I really like the incuse types for their age and story. If I were to pick a favorite I think I would choose the Byzantion Tetradrachm, its just something you dont see everyday, and its a very good example. The small Macedonian is impressive for its condition and its size. These would all be fabulous coins...if they were mine.

Really like the LUCANIA both of them are great. The impression image on the reverse is magnificent! Very interesting time period in history as well. Great set of 10.

A marvelous year! Hard to pick favorites from that assortment, but I like the Byzantion, Syracuse, and Lucania coins the best. And the fantastic Tragilos hemiobol.

Dang. This looks like a color-plate insert for some textbook on classic Greek coinage. I like the Hercules reverse "vogue-ing" for the camera. Wonderful, statue-like posture for that figure.

Thanks to everyone for all the kind comments. It was a good year for my ancient coin & guitar pick collection.
