Oh, most definitely! Nice pickup! As to "all of the emperors" - someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think anyone - including the likes of the British Museum - has ever accomplished that. It's fun to see how many one can get, though. In just one year, 2007-08, at the height of my Roman craze (before it came to a screeching halt due to my layoff in the recession), I accumulated over 100 different personalities on Roman Imperial coins. My quality standards were not as high then, and many were rather modest coins, but I had a blast doing it. How far along are you with the 12C?
What a terrific variety of Galba---from the OP forward which I agree was a super purchase!!! I seem to have stalled at just one, despite chasing a few recently, purchased decades ago and one of the very few Roman coins I had left after selling my original collection...
For my 12 Caesar set I still need Galba, Otho, and Vitellius. The hard ones. So good for you for getting that Galba. My Titus is a near-slug. But it’s a sestertius near-slug! Alas, my Julius Caesar will not be a portrait denarius, So even when it’s complete maybe my set will be a “12 Caesars Lite.”
