    I did a quick search on eBay and found many low priced lots (10 notes) selling for under $3.00. Maybe @lettow while have an explanation.

    I have some of these. They are worth very little. But they are nice as far as notes go.

    Most of these are the inflation notes from Yugoslavia. Like the German hyperinflation they became worthless soon after they were released. The earlier notes are also readily available in high grade. The collector value is so low it is doubtful anyone would make copies.
