I have few options for these dates so I'm afraid its another British small Silver - Threepence:

That is great, don't think I have a George III 3 pence, and that one is in right good condition. Love the dark toning and lighter on the higher reliefs. Nice.

That little beauty is a CircCam! I love that look on old silver coins. :)

Good term, CircCam, means circulated cameo I assume. I will wait until tomorrow morning my time to delve into 1765...that works good for me and gives us all about 24 hours for each year. This game is fun, too bad it can not last forever...

    Yes. "Circulation Cameo".

As to 1766, I wish I had a picture of the 1766 British guinea which was reportedly dug in a local park here by a hardcore detectorist. I saw a picture of it once. That would have been amazing enough, but it had the "EB" counterstamp of Ephraim Brasher on it! Needless to say, it was never mine. I could never have afforded such an amazingly rare piece.

Let me see what I've got pix of for 1766 ... or 1765. Gonna be pretty slim pickins, I suspect.
