I know as an instructor over the years, I have found it's a lot easier for people to understand if you keep it simple. If you use terms and words that there not use two it only confuses them, though the terms may be correct. I have found it's a lot easier for people to learn something new if you simplify it, and make it easy to understand. I have noticed this on CT some members want to complicate things and confuse people especially when they're just learning we all have our own techniques, I have found if I don't overcomplicated people have a tendency to understand easier. I'm sure you were a great instructor. Thanks for the links and images. Not many folks understand all the steps involved in making a working die. A friend of mine helps make the die steel bars. I'll see if I can find images of that process.
