I was in Battle Creek, MI, recently. There's an installation of a portrait of Lincoln made by a local artist, Robert Schlatter, using 24,500 cents, including every year from 1909 to 2017, a blank planchet, and a couple Indian cents. This measures 8x12 feet and weighs 400 pounds.

Nice, kind of reminds me of "Pin Art". Those blocks with the pins you make impressions with.

Very cool. I assume his "grey" shirt is made of 1943 cents.

This would make for a great contest. Where is the blank planchet?

OK, here's the 21 megapixel version of the picture that I took (click to enlarge). The blank planchet is visible at full size. It's full red.

Very nice. I'd wonder if some were errors and such. I get why the artist would want to use every date minted with the Lincolns on it.

Obviously Lincoln's shirt is '43 steel Wheat cents, but this is like CRH in art to some.
