    I have 1990 D ,FS ,
On back there are five steps going to building in the center and three going into building on the right and two steps on the left hand side there's all kinds of wild little boxes and things all over this thing clearly pickets all around the top of the building and something totally Wild at the top of the building on both sides it looks like there's a Confederate flag posted looks like all kinds of interesting things inside of the building as well right in the center it looks like another building with roof Within I don't know I don't know diddly-squat about coins but all my other nickels have nothing like this on them was wondering this is unusual or if I have a coin worth something IMG_20171125_215314.jpg IMG_20171125_215334.jpg

I have a 1990 D ,printed under neck on front is FS. Now I looked with a scope on this coin and found on back some interesting things, I found that there were five steps in the center of building and three steps on far right and two steps on far left with some weird boxes under windows,it looks like there is a building or roof inside the front door of the white house ,there are clearly pickets all along the top of building and,no sh.. there looks like two confederit flags posted on the very top of building one on each side,I looked st all my other nickels and none of them have all this stuff on them,,any answers to my coin or value??

Alright thank you, i have a 2009 log cabin penny ive never seen before im sure its not that rare, but i do have a misprinted 1935 silver certificate, the front rt.side serial numbers are kruked, the top is cut short, and on the back the cut or print of the bill is way off short on bottom way over on left and top and off tilted a little all t ogeather, any idea what that might be worth? I saw one on eBay a while back looked exactly like mine ,same blue seal and everything, he was asking $1000, I never checked back to see if sold thou...any clue? Thank you for your time.

Die Deterioration, circulation damage, environmental damage cause strange effects on all coins.. even human alteration

Also.. no need to create 2 threads on the same nickel

The White House is in Washington, DC. This is Monticello in Virginia which was the colonial home of Thomas Jefferson. I hate to be the one to break the news to you, but the Confederate flag didn't exist until the Civil War.

Also, the area within the columns is the portico which leads to the front doors.

What you are seeing as Confederate flags is simply the decorative railing. All nickels have this, but some may be more visible due to better condition or a better strike.
