This is a companion to the 1920 I posted earlier. That one has a weak strike on one edge. This 1923 has a weak strike that affected the bottom edge of the date and the top edge of STATES.
I'd love to see it go a little higher for you. I need a raw one for my book, I'm sure I'll have to settle for a G4.
5 more, starting with a scarce 1862 Seated Half Dollar . . . . . . a nice original high grade 1929-S Walker . . . A really nice original 1842-O Seated Quarter, an especially scarce coin without problems . . . Another tough date Seated Quarter, the 1842 Philly . . . A pretty 1944-D Washington Quarter with some ice blue color at the centers . . .
You mixed up the notes on the obverse for those slabs. "Lincoln/wheat" is on the Lincoln/Memorial and vice versa.
Got this one at a local auction, but the VAM was unattributed. I sent it back to NGC and ended up with this beauty!
