Based on what I am seeing for sold items similar to this have sold, incl. shipping costs from about 7 to 20 dollars. Ones that contain a full year set US can bring at times 50 to 70 dollars for an occasional sale to the right person, maybe to have a birth year thing. Seems more popular as a vintage 1960s thing. Etsy seems to be offering things like this in the 12 to 30 dollar range but I don't know if they are actually being sold for that.
But you can't get the coins out. So in terms of the value of the coins, to me they are worthless. As some kind of decoration (paper weight?) I am sure it has value.
