China Kiang Soo ten cash identification help

    Looking for some specifics on this ten cash. I can't seem to nail down the characters on the center obverse.

    Maybe KIANGSU-KIANGSOO PROVINCE, Y# 162 as listed in "The Standard Catalog..."

    Manchu “Boo-su” at center. Looks like there are many varieties.

    Is the edge reeded?

    Looks like copper. Plain edge, copper, maybe Y# 162.7 or Y#162.13.

    Two and a half questions: why on earth are there so many variations on these coins? How does one determine value given the various types? Are some significantly more rare than a others?
